I have been a patient of Dr Cornish’s since he opened his practice. As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with a smile, and with courtesy. The professionalism of the entire practice is immediately evident. Dr Cornish and his staff are always more than eager to explain, and make sure you understand any procedures before they are performed. The entire staff always seems to have just gotten back from some training, and it would appear that the equipment used is always on the forefront of dental technology. Your level of comfort is always of concern to the staff. I highly recommend Dr Cornish and his staff, and feel they are truly professionals.
Thank you all so very much for everything. You are all so nice and caring and I really appreciate each and everyone of you. It was a long drive down there but I am so glad I chose you guys. I love my new teeth, it’s great to be able to eat again and now I smile all the time! Thanks again!
After Dr. Gene Brown’s untimely death, Dr. Cornish appeared on the scene. I was due for a check-up and immediately felt at ease on meeting this young man. With his quiet and professional demeanor, I was very comfortable sitting in his dentist chair. He has also surrounded himself with a staff that is also friendly, courteous and concerned about their patients.
I am pleased with his care as well as his CARING!
I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my crowns recently. I had had some crown work done at another place, and the work was ill-fitting and the color was not right. Dr Cornish and his staff spent extra time and expense to make sure my crowns not only fit well, but were beautiful to see. Now, I do not cover my mouth when I smile. I am proud of my new smile.
Everyone is pleasant, attentive and considerate. Everything is explained in detail, so there are no surprises. Dr Cornish is a great dentist & cares about his patients, both before and after the treatments. It seems as if the return checkups are as important to Dr Cornish and his staff, as the actual procedure!
I would like to thank you and your staff for always being very courteous and professional. I have been coming to you for my dental needs for over two years and have always received outstanding and consistent care. You and your staff are wonderful.
Dr Cornish and his staff are very professional, and do beautiful work. Believe it or not, they really make you feel comfortable in a dentist office!! I am very pleased with my recent dental work.
The staff are all the most cooperative and really caring people I have ever met, all in one office. I recommend them very highly.
Dr Cornish and Staff,
During the past few months, I have had major dental work–full mouth reconstruction including caps, bridges, upper and lower partials, and whitening. Before the work was started, everything was explained in detail as to how the procedure would go and in what order things would be done. As far as total cost, everything was explained ahead of time; and regardless of the cost, I feel it was money well spent– worth every cent. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and I would like to thank Dr Cornish and his staff (Kelly, Brandy, Laura, Michelle, Amanda, Treva and Valla) for all of their care. As a patient and as a friend, they made me feel at home through everything.
When Dr. Cornish asked if I would write a letter about my experience with “Sedation Dentistry”, I was very happy to do it. Like so many people I had neglected my teeth due to my fear of going to the dentist. I was covering my mouth with my hand when I smiled or laughed, embarrassed to show my teeth. I finally made my mind up to have my lower teeth pulled and have immediate dentures but getting over my fear was another thing. I read Dr. Cornish’s ad about “Sedation Dentistry” and made an appointment to find out what it meant. It sounded like I had found the cowards way into his chair. After following his instructions on the day my work was to be done I woke up with my new teeth and not a clue as to what work had been done before they were put in. I was treated with gentleness and understanding by Dr. Cornish and his staff from the start through my follow up visits. “Sedation Dentistry” is a great option for most of those who have a fear of dentist like I had. Thank you for allowing me to tell about my experience with “Sedation Dentistry”.
As you know, I am potentially your most difficult patient. Before coming to see you it had been nearly 14 years since I had spent any time in a dental chair. Even stepping into a dental office brought on the flight reflex. (if I didn’t leave immediately, I would break out in a cold sweat and the shivers).
What brought about this condition was a disastrous experience in which during a wisdom tooth extraction my lower left lingual nerve was severed. Rather than going numb, I was left with severe chronic pain. Numerous surgeries and treatment programs have done nothing to make this any better. Needless to say, when I found that I would need a root canal I was horrified. I was told about your sleep dentistry by a friend who knew of my history. It was such a relief to know this service was available. I thought I would have to go to Springfield at least, but luckily it was available within 10 miles of home.
I was still apprehensive. Not until it was all over did I realize how great this service was. I was able to go in on Friday morning and by noon was still sleepy but otherwise functioning normally.
Compared to other medical treatments it was not expensive and I wasn’t left feeling traumatized. I have since had another root canal and cap done with the same results. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate this service and that now I am referring my friends to you!
Hello, My name is Terry. I recently visited my dentist, Dr. Ricky Cornish, and a tremendous amount of dental work needed to be done. Dr. Cornish then explained to me about Sleep Dentistry and offered the service in his office. I must tell you that I do not handle any type of pain well at all. The Sleep Dentistry procedure was for me, I was in the chair for six hours and it only seemed like 45 minutes to one hour and I felt no pain. As a patient I highly recommend Sleep Dentistry at the office of Dr. Ricky Cornish.
I was very pleased with the work that was done on my teeth. Also, everyone was very good in the office. I am a coward with anything concerning my teeth. Everyone made everything very comfortable. Dr. Cornish is very good along with all the other workers. Thanks a lot. I will see you in December.
I had an overbite that wore the enamel off all my front teeth! Dr. Cornish was able to open my bite, and rebuild my teeth. I am 76 years old, and with the help of Dr Cornish I have all 32 of my own teeth, in good condition.
The first time I walked into Dr Cornish’s office, everyone was so nice and made me feel like I was their only patient. Dr Cornish looked at my teeth, told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost.
I would like to take this time to thank each and everyone that works there, they were all great.
I have been to several dentist in my young life, but I have never known a dentist to be so calm, understanding, and willing to do whatever to make a person happy with his work. Dr Cornish also has the most remarkable staff that treats patients exactly the same way. He also treats his staff the same way, which is very remarkable. My thanks to all.
First of all, the staff are so nice and friendly, you wouldn’t think you were in a dentist office! Second when an emergency comes up on Thursday afternoon they make time for you and are not rushing you thru, like you are the most important person around and they just want to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable and happy.
Our dentist, previous to moving to West Plains, was a family friend. Dr Cornish and his staff have always made us feel like family as well as being professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the care of our teeth.
